To participate in House of Running Personal Training, Coaching or events, you must be at least 18 years of age, have fully and truthfully completed an appropriate intake form, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Participation in House of Running Personal Training, Coaching and events requires good physical and mental health and we advise that you to have a medical examination in relation to participating in running and training events, before the start of training/coaching. We advise you to consult with your general doctor (GP) prior to participating in House of Running Personal Training, Coaching or events. Anyone beginning an exercise program for the first time, or restarting an exercise program after a period of inactivity, must consult their general doctor (GP) before participating in any House of Running Personal Training, Coaching or running events.
Further, if you conform to any of the following criteria, it is required that you consult with your general doctor (GP) and receive written permission from that doctor before participating in any House of Running Personal Training, Coaching or events or activities:
- Over the age of 60 and not accustomed to vigorous exercise;
- Have a family history of premature (i.e., under 55 years of age) coronary artery disease;
- Frequently have pains or pressure in the left or mid-chest area, neck, shoulder, or arm during or immediately after exercise;
- Often feel faint or have spells of severe dizziness, or experience extreme breathlessness after mild exertion;
- A doctor has said that you have heart trouble, that you have a heart murmur, or that you have had a heart attack.
- A doctor has said that you have bone or joint problems; or
- Have a medical condition not mentioned here that might need special attention during an exercise program (for example, insulin-dependent diabetes).
By completing this intake form for House of Running Personal Training, Coaching or events, you declare that you are aware of this advice and that you meet all necessary health requirements to participate.
To cancel or reschedule a Personal Training or Coaching appointment, please contact your coach by phone and email at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule or cancel a session. Although, more than 48 hours is preferred. Please note that sessions cancelled within 24 hours will be lost.
Recurring Monthly Payments
Monthly Personal Training & Coaching plans require a minimum three-month subscription. After signing up for a monthly coaching plan, your account will automatically be charged each month on either the 1st or 15th — the closest to your sign up date.
You can cancel your subscription at anytime after three months. To cancel your membership, please provide us with a minimum of 14 days notice of cancellation before the next billing cycle. For cancellations, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
By signing up online for a monthly coaching plan, you authorize House of Running to debit the said monthly fee using SEPA DIRECT DEBIT from the bank account that you paid with at sign up.
Personal Training and Coaching plans are nonrefundable.
Participation in Personal Training or Coaching or other House of Running events is at your own risk. House of Running is not liable for any damages, by whatever name, suffered by you or any third party as a result of your participation. This exclusion of liability also applies to serious damages such as all possible damages resulting from injury or death. You must have sufficient insurance to cover the risk of liability for such damages.
You indemnify House of Running against liability for damages that you or a third party could suffer as a result of your participation, or an act or omission relating to your participation, in House of Running training, coaching or events..
House of Running will save your personal data provided in a database. We may use your personal data to send you information from time to time. We will not share your personal data with third parties unless you give us permission.
