Personal Training & Coaching Registration Form


To sign up for Personal Training or Coaching and to fully experience the benefits of one-on-one coaching, a minimum three-month commitment is required.  This is because I truly care about your success in reaching your goals and in your development of sustainable habits that will keep you running healthfully for years to come.

In the first three months of personal coaching you’ll learn more about yourself, your limits, and how your body responds and adapts to training demands.  We’ll look out for oncoming injuries or other obstacles and we’ll work together to prevent them from throwing you off course. This type of learning & discovery doesn’t happen in one month.  And at House of Running we opt for safe, smart coaching & training and gradual, sustainable progress over quick results — as we know quick results are risky & don’t last.

If you’re not yet ready to make a 3-month commitment to a personal coaching program, please let me know your concerns before signing up.


Payments can be made by bank transfer via iDeal, or debit or credit card via Paypal. Monthly plans are automatically charged by SEPA bank draft and can be cancelled with 14 days notice.  NOTE: If you cancel the payment after clicking submit, you will have to re-enter your information.
