Midzomernachtcross 5K, 10K, & 10-Mile Run

If you’re looking for a local running event that’s different, this is one to try.  Unlike most running events, this one is in the evening on Friday 20 June 2014.  A great way to decompress from any workweek stress and a nice way to start the weekend!

This event is a cross, meaning it’s a trail run, different from your average road run.  It winds through the less frequented spots of the Amsterdamse Bos and on this (almost) midsummer night evening, it’s nice to finish a run in the bos when it’s still light out.

You can choose from three distances: 5K, 10K, and 10-miles.  For more details and to register, go here.
