Got plans this Valentine’s Day? 
If you like to run, join this fun event for singles and couples.  It’s starts off with a 5K run and is followed by a rockin’ party to the beat of 90’s tunes!  Laurie from House of Running will be there leading the warm up.  Be sure to say hi!

On Friday 14th of February, the Valentijnsloop (Valentine’s day run) will take place in the romantic Vondelpark.
The exact distance is 5km.  Couples in love will start at 20:00 o’clock, followed by happy single ladies and finally the sporty single men will chase them. As it’s a night run, the park with be lit up with special lighting and all participants will receive special glow-in-the-dark glowsticks.  You’ll start and finish at the “Love Square,” with fun chocolate fountains, a Cupid team and DJ Amor.
The event is raising money for the charity ALS  and is a limited to 500 participants. You can find more info and register at http://valentijnsloop.nl.
Op vrijdagavond op 14 februari vindt de Valentijnsloop plaats in het Vondelpark.
De afstand is exact 5 kilometer. De verliefde stelletjes bijten de spits af om 20:00 uur, daarna volgen de harverwarmende single vrouwen en tot slot starten de single mannen. Het is een nightrun, dus iedereen krijgt van de organisatie een glow-stick en er zullen veel lampjes aanwezig zijn. Daarnaast start en finish je op Love Square. Daar is veel gekkigheid: zoals chocolade fonteinen, het Cupido team en DJ Amor.
