In our third training season of marathon and half marathon training, we’ve chosen to  join forces with the charity Mama Cash in an effort to help raise money for their cause. 

This training season, we are hosting two FREE Dam tot Dam running clinics for the Mama Cash Dam tot Dam charity team of 100 runners.  Anyone is welcome to join these free clinics.  If you’re not on the Mama Cash charity team, you can join them here

For anyone who joins us and is not on the Mama Cash charity team, we suggest giving a donation, big or small, to Mama Cash to show your appreciation.

We’ll help give you tips and exercises to train properly, prevent injury, and improve your speed, endurance, strength, stability, and overall training experience.  The clinic will include a 5 km training run (more distance is optional).  Participants of the 16 June clinic will also receive a FREE Dam tot Dam training schedule.
