The built-in GPS receiver provides highly accurate pace, speed and distance data.  You can challenge yourself with different training modes such as heart rate training, interval training and race yourself to vary your routine and improve your performance.

Contest Rules

  • Entries must be submitted before  19 May 2014.
  • All applicants must be at least 18 years of age and live in the Amsterdam area.
  • All applicants must complete all three steps of the “How to Enter” section below, this requires being connected to Facebook.
  • Participants must be in good enough condition to jog 3 km (even very slowly is fine!) to participate in training program.
  • The 22-week Training Program starts 24 May at 09:30 and takes place on Saturday mornings at 09:30 at the Amsterdam Olympic Stadium. 
  • Must be open to having lots of fun and running with others!
  • Winner will be chosen in a random drawing and will be announced the week of 19 May 2014.
  • If you have already registered and paid for the training program that begins 24 May, you can still participate.  Winner will be refunded the cost of training if already registered.
