For the second time, we’re organizing training for the Amsterdam Marathon & half marathon.  It’s a great race–well organized, lots of support, great entertainment along the course, and beautiful sights to see.   Plus, for those living in Amsterdam, it’s close to home and easy to get to.  Plus you can recruit your friends, family and colleagues to come support you on race day.

Last year was a great success with more than 50 participants training with us for this race.  We’re going to do it all again in 2013! Join us for training, have fun, and make some friends. We meet weekly for long-distance runs that gradually increase in distance toward our goal race, plus we’ll host hill training in the Amsterdamse Bos and interval sessions in the Vondelpark.  Other weekday runs are organized by our members.  Outside of running, we also get together for dinner, drinks, bowling, pre-race pasta parties, and post-race celebrations.
